A few notes:

Should you decide to cancel your program, you must notify Deborah minimally 24-hours prior to your Zoom conversation. Please note that there is a $50 processing charge that covers the time it took to process your program details. This fee will be taken off any money that is owed and refunded to you.  This $50 can be used towards future services with Deborah. There are no refunds once our work begins.

If a ZOOM session needs to be rescheduled, a 24-hour notice to me must be provided. If an emergency results in a missed appointment, the session will be rescheduled. Deborah will not make-up a conversation if it was missed without 24-hour notice, or was not due to an emergency.
