My Story

I help people find themselves. But, I had to find myself first. I’ve found my purpose which is to help you love your career as much as I love mine.

Purpose reveals itself over time. When it does, there is no going back.

I was unhappy in my career for 12+ years. I woke up one day and realized I was living someone else’s life. I did what I was told to do. Go into NYC and get a job working for a big company. The problem was the work was not aligned to my soul. I stayed as long as I could. I gave it my best shot.

I was afraid to leave that life. It was safe and comfortable. I was more afraid to stay where I was.

That’s when the internal switch went off. “It’s time to do something else.”

I put myself on a journey to find a career I love. That’s how I found coaching. It’s an amazing profession where I have the honor of talking to people about their careers and lives every day. I have not looked back since.

As a Certified Career & Career Goals Guru (™️), I help you figure things out. You will see a new possibility in your career. When you see something different, you are able to do something different.

As an author of several best-selling books, I tap into 20+ years of empowering clients to find new jobs, new careers, and new ways of dealing with workplace challenges.

I have supported 1,000’s of clients as they’ve moved past some of the toughest moments in their careers.

I have worked with clients in companies, including: Facebook, Google, Citibank, Nautica, Verizon, and many others.

I can tell you what it’s like to navigate and succeed in a start-up, small/medium sized business, or Fortune 500 corporation.

My specialty is career stages whether you have attained senior management status, are a manger moving up the ladder, or a newbie entering the workforce.

I am a mix of data and intuition; both spiritual and practical. I dish out tough love, while also creating a safe space to talk, be understood, and be yourself.
