Here's the details of your coaching gift for John Whisman.

You are signing up for a:

• 3 session career coaching program. John's coaching package includes Three (3) 50-minute coaching conversations that will take place via Zoom. Expiration date for these sessions is June 30, 2024.

Per our conversation, we will be covering the following:

• Session #1: Building confidence, working through fear, and overcoming the blockage of asking for what you want/speaking up.
• Session #2: Research, exploration, and determination of what you are worth in the workplace.
• Session #3: Working session to get what you are worth in writing. A plan/proposal for negotiating and getting paid what you deserve.

A few notes:

Should you decide to cancel your coaching program, you must notify Deborah minimally 48-hours prior to your first coaching conversation. Please note that there is a $100 processing charge that covers the time it took to process your program details. This fee will be taken off any money that is owed and refunded to you.  This $100 can be used towards future coaching with Deborah. There are no refunds once our work begins.

If a coaching session needs to be rescheduled, a 24-hour notice to me must be provided. If an emergency results in a missed appointment, the session will be rescheduled. Deborah will not make-up a conversation if it was missed without 24-hour notice, or was not due to an emergency.
