You are signing up for a:

• 9 session career coaching program. Your coaching package includes nine (9) 50-minute coaching conversations. Expiration date for these sessions is December 31, 2023.
  

Goal of our work: working through systematically on outreach, networking, interview preperation, and building momentum towards your job search.

Per our conversation, we will be covering the following:

• Selling is key: Storytelling and interview behavioral and functional preparation for selling.
• Discussion and mapping out of your social presence (LinkedIn) to set the targeted brand.
• Attract and network with executive recruiters, your connections, and foster relationships in targeted companies/people. Communicate your need for a job.
• Seek out jobs that are listed and how to effectively apply-these jobs will come from your network.
• Interview preparation, role-playing, and debrief.

A few notes:

Should you decide to cancel your coaching program, you must notify Deborah minimally 48-hours prior to your first coaching conversation. Please note that there is a $100 processing charge that covers the time it took to process your program details. This fee will be taken off any money that is owed and refunded to you.  This $100 can be used towards future coaching with Deborah. There are no refunds once our work begins.

If a coaching session needs to be rescheduled, a 24-hour notice to me must be provided. If an emergency results in a missed appointment, the session will be rescheduled. Deborah will not make-up a conversation if it was missed without 24-hour notice, or was not due to an emergency.
