Have you ever looked around and been jealous of people who love what they do? I spoke to a few and they all had one thing in common; at one time they knew they were tired of being unhappy and decided to do something about it. They took responsibility for what was not working in their careers, and made a decision to change it. They realized that most of what was holding them back was roadblocks that had not been recognized. If they could identify and overcome their roadblocks, so can you.

THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE

This week, identify the roadblocks in your career. How many have gone unrecognized? How many are self- created? How many are external? For now, do not worry about whether you will overcome them or not. (Doing this alone is a big accomplishment!) Focus on recognizing your roadblocks and putting them down on paper.
