SURPASS YOUR DREAMS E-Weekly Action Tip Archive |
Are you out of work and looking for a job? Are you unhappy in your current position, and are looking for a way out? Do you plan to keep the career you've built, but are looking to recapture the excitement level?
Regardless of your circumstances, the best way to find what you are looking for is to reach out to people.
Reaching out is so hard, that many people would prefer to search for what they need in their careers on their own, rather than ask for help.
Don't let your inner conversations hold you back! If someone in your life does not want to help you, let him or her tell you that. Most people like to be remembered, and they would be happy to hear from you.
THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE
Make a list of five people that you have wanted to contact for a long time but haven't done so yet. (You know who they are. You might have trouble stopping at just five.) Your challenge this week is to contact them. Contact the person who is at the top of your list now.
Life is about give and take. Right now you need something. It's ok to ask for assistance. The person who helps you today might be the person who asks for your help tomorrow.
So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!
