2001 E-WEEKLY TIPS

Many people fight me when I tell them that it is possible to have careers they love. They tell me they tried in the past but failed. So, they gave up. But deep down, I know they want more.

This week's tip is to challenge your beliefs. Your beliefs are more powerful that you can ever imagine. They are the difference between having what you want in your career today vs. someday if you are lucky.

THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE

What are your beliefs about your career? Are they serving you or standing in your way?

Take out a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle, creating 2 columns. Title the left hand column, "Present Beliefs." Title the right hand column, "New Beliefs." This week's challenge is to write down all the beliefs that have been holding you back, and create a new belief for each item. The power of getting all the negativity out of your head will astound you.

So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!

HOW DID YOU DO?

If you followed this week's action tip, or it made a difference in your life, I would like to know. Please send your story in an email to info@surpassyourdreams.com

Each week, one lucky individual will win a free copy of my e-book "Living a Life You Love! The Pathway to Personal Freedom" for their contribution.

This week winner is Gale E. Weithers who wrote in to say:

"Your tip "A Breakthrough Can Only Occur When You Take A Chance" is so very true, and for me, so very timely. You were right about my failure to live my dream. I wanted a guarantee that everything would work out so I could take care of my responsibilities and pay my bills! Your tip prompted me into action, and encouraged me to start on a proposal to establish a regional training center that I have been putting off for some time now. I have taken the chance. The future will not happen by accident. The rewards will come. Thanks for 'kicking me in the butt' just when I needed it most."

Congratulations to you Gale!

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
