One of the biggest problems associated with work frustration is that it often leads people to take these frustrations out on themselves. Rather than finding a constructive way to release negative feelings and emotions, they often prefer to look for blame. This technique may provide temporary relief; but it does not make their frustrations disappear
THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE
Your challenge this week is to overcome frustration. Ask yourself, “What can I control?” and “What can I not?”
This week decide not to waste anymore of your time on the things at your job that you cannot make go away. Instead work on what you can control and focus your energies in this direction. You will regain power and feel better about your current situation.
So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!
