MONDAY MORNING ACTION TIP #191

CHANGE YOUR JOB?

Does your job increase your energy or take it away?

Many people stay in their jobs longer than they want to because they are unsure what to do next. They tell themselves that the answer will come someday. Then, they will make their move. But in the meantime, they stay where they are, stuck and unhappy.

Your job will not get better until you make it better. If you want to find a job you enjoy, one that empowers and energizes you, you will have to put the work to find something else. Yes, you may tell yourself that it this hard to do. But isn't staying in a job that is draining your energy and taking away from your quality of life harder?

THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE

Does your job increase your energy or take it away?

This week ask yourself if you love your job. Be honest with yourself. Trust that whatever answer you come up with will lead you to your perfect next move.

If you are unhappy in the job you have now, it may be a sign that it’s time to try something new.

So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!
