So what you do? Ignore the person and hope the problem goes away on its own? (Which rarely happens.) Or, have a conversation so you can resolve the situation?
Communication is the answer and the pathway to a solution.
THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE
This week identify one person at work who annoys you, frustrates you, or is keeping you from enjoying your job fully. Decide that you will speak with this person directly.
Map out what you will say and then make an appointment to say it. Maybe the person has issues with you too. Communication is your way to find out.
Communication can seem scary at times. But once you get the conversation going, you have the opportunity to create something better.
So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!
