We've all heard the expression: "Good things come to those who wait", and it is a very true statement. However, we have also been taught that waiting is a waste of time. In fact, waiting is often anything but wasteful.
What are your career goals? Are you frustrated that they are taking longer to attain than you expected?
Waiting is an important part of the process. Waiting is what gets you ready to receive your future goal. If you can strengthen your internal waiting clock, by believing that you can have what you want, you will be rewarded with satisfaction once your career goals become reality.
THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE
This week's challenge is to list 5 ways waiting has been good for you. This exercise may not be easy. But, it will be worthwhile.
