Are you sluggish or tired during your workday?
Sometimes what tires us the most is what we put into our bodies. The phrase “You are what you eat” is true. If you put junk in your body, you will feel junky. If you put good food into your body, you will feel good. And when you feel good, you will enjoy your career more.
THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE
Your challenge this week is to eat well.
When you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or tired, eat something healthy instead of a quick pick-me-up that will give you energy in the moment, but make you more tired later in the day. It might take additional work or planning in the short run, but you will receive increased energy and clarity in the long run.
Your body will run like a well-oiled machine once you give it the right fuel to do so.
So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!
