Do you avoid failure at all costs? Are you concerned about making decisions and moving forward in your career because you MAY make another mistake?

Failure is good. (Yes, you read this right.) There is so much value to failure. But, if you cannot accept your failures, then you will never see the good or the real reasons why you failed.

THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE

On a piece of paper draw two lines, creating 3 columns.

Your challenge this week is to make a list of 3 failures in your career. Put your list in the first column. In the second column, write down what you learned form your failures. In the third column, write down why you are grateful your failures occurred. If one of your failures is still painful, then write down why you believe you were put into this situation.

You can’t go forward unless you know what you did wrong. Your task is to accept where you are (and who you are), so you can create something different in the future.

So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!
