Did you know that fear is normal?

Fear can sometimes be very helpful. Fear keeps on the right side of the road so we do not get into an accident. Fear keeps us warm, safe, and inside during a snow storm. Fear can motivate us to work towards our goals because we refuse to give access to the alternative.

The problem is when fear holds us back and we give up and stop working on our goals.

THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE

Your challenge this week is to accept that fear is normal. Once you know that you are not alone and that we are all afraid at times, then you can acknowledge fear and not let it win.

Fear is false evidence appearing real. Keep the evidence that moves you forward. Eliminate the part that stands in your way.

So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!
