Are you unhappy in your career? Do you stay where you are because you have no idea what you would do next? Do the ideas of what you could do get all jumbled in your head?

THE WEEKLY ACTION CHALLENGE

Draw 2 columns on a piece of paper. In the first column, list the skills you have accumulated up to this point, both in your career and your life. In the 2nd column, list how each skill could apply in other areas. You might be saying that your skills can only be used in your present career. But you really do not know this for sure until you complete the challenge. This is a very powerful exercise, because it can give you the objectivity and clarity to choose your next career move.

So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!

HOW DID YOU DO?

If you followed this week's action tip, or it made a difference in your life, I would like to know. Please send your story in an email to info@surpassyourdreams.com

Each week, one lucky individual will win a free copy of my e-book "Living a Life You Love! The Pathway to Personal Freedom" for their contribution.

This week winner is Sarah Berkowitz who wrote in to say:

"Last week's tip came at the perfect time. Since I lost my job AND my daughter moved out at the same time, I was thinking of settling for a possible ho-hum job with my previous employer. Instead of settling, I spent the entire week exploring options and talking to many different people. Not only did I get much clearer about what I wanted to do, I also opened myself up to the possibility of creating a job that really works for me. I see that for the first time, I can apply my creative energy to the job hunt, while still finding work that I can be passionate about."

Congratulations to you Sarah!

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
