Deborah Brown-Volkman, President of Surpass Your Dreams, a career and mentor coaching company based in Long Beach, Long Island, NY announced that she will be presenting at Celebrating You Day, Long Island's first event showcasing the power of business & personal coaching.
Celebrating You is a day-long virtual university of FREE Tele-classes specially created by the professional coaches of The United Coaching Alliance, a coaching organization that Deborah is the President and founder of. The event, which takes place on February 5, 2003, has been created in recognition of the 4th annual International Personal and Business Coaching Week.
Deborah’s presentation "How To Create A Winning Career Plan That Works" will be given from 2pm to 2:55pm EST. This teleclass can help you go from where you are today in your career, to where you want to be tomorrow. Participants will walk away with the ability to describe what they want in a career. They will learn where you can go to research different career options. They receive strategies for creating a winning game plan. Lastly, they will gain tips to implement their plan.
Deborah Brown explains, “People get stuck in their careers and what keeps them from moving forward is a plan. This teleclass provides the motivation and energy you'll need to create and implement a plan that works.”

What Is International Personal and Business Coaching Week?
The 4th annual International Personal and Business Coaching Week is from February 2-9, 2003 and is devoted to educating the public on the benefits of the coaching process and illustrating the value that coaching can bring to their lives. Throughout the week, coaches and their clients will acknowledge the results made through the coaching process and share their progress with others interested in learning more about coaching.
