I. HAVE YOU GIVEN UP ON YOUR DREAMS?

Have you given up on your dreams? Would you like to get them back?

Many of us give up on our dreams. Often our dreams slip away without our even realizing it. We get bogged down with the day-to-day responsibilities of being a wife, husband, parent, full-time worker, etc. We know that we are busy at the moment, but we’ll get back to pursuing our dreams “some day”. We really will.

But then “some day” doesn’t happen and it seems too hard to get back to where we were when we were first excited about our dreams. It becomes “too late” or “impossible” to pursue, so we give up and walk away.

Our dreams are who we are. They give us an incentive to get out of bed everyday. They are the reason we were born, and our destiny to fulfill while we are here.

So don’t give up. Your dreams are within your grasp. And yes, they can come true. It’s up to you to decide if they will.

So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a life you love!

DO YOU HATE YOUR JOB AND WANT TO GET OUT?

You can get out with tips, techniques, and secrets from a renowned career coach, author, and career expert who can show you how.

It’s tough when your job is not going well. Maybe you have a terrible boss that you cannot work for any longer. Maybe you have difficult co-workers who are driving you crazy. Maybe you are underpaid, unappreciated, tired, frustrated, stressed, overworked, and you just do not want to go into work anymore. Maybe you are bored out of your mind.

Well, there is good news. There are proven tools, strategies, and resources you can use to help you make a decision about what to do next. If you want to get out of your current job, my Career Escape Program can give you the tools to do so.

The Career Escape Program was created as of a result of my work with hundreds of clients, many who hated their jobs and felt they were trapped and could not do anything about it. The components in this program are the components I used to walk my clients through their escape. I have captured these steps for those who want to know what they did and how they can apply it to their situation.

II. SEVEN STEPS TO GETTING YOUR DREAMS BACK

So how do you get your dreams back? Follow these steps:

1. Acknowledge That You Have Dreams:

I meet so many people who say that they don’t have dreams or they can’t remember what they are. You know what your dreams are, you really do.You’ve just pushed them down so deep that it might take some time to bring them to the surface again. Let them out, you deserve to live them.

2. Write Down Your Dreams:

How can you live your dreams if you can’t see what they are? Write them down. Don’t judge your dreams or wonder “how?” Just do it!
Sometimes we continue at habits or thoughts that no longer serve us because we are not sure who we would be without them. Trust that a new you will
emerge once you get rid of the blame. Trust that the answers and the direction you seek are there once the cloud of blame has been cleared.

3. Realize That Dreams Come True In Steps:

Your dreams cannot come true until you take a small step. It doesn’t have to be a large one. It just has to get you moving. Small steps are the steps that will get you to your dreams. Until, one day, you realize that you are there.

4. Face The Barriers That Are Keeping You From Living Your Dreams:

What’s keeping you from living your dreams? Not enough money or time? Too many responsibilities? Look for ways to overcome this. There will always be a reason not to do something. It’s up to you if you want to give into these reasons or not.

5. Find People Who Will Support You:

Select people who will love you and cheer you on as you move toward your dreams. Tell them how much you love and appreciate them. You do not want to live your dreams by yourself.

6. Pat Yourself On The Back For Your Successes:

You deserve it! The fun part of living your dreams is the journey. It is the road to success that builds character and the part that you will remember the most.

7. Be Comfortable With Fear:

There are times when you will wonder if you have what it takes to fulfill your dreams or if you deserve to live them. Fear is a normal part of the process. If you can accept that sooner or later you will be afraid, then you don’t have to spend time worrying about what you will do when fear sets in. The only way past fear is through it and not around it. There is no other way.

III. COACHES CORNER-CHERISH YOUR GIFT AND YOUR DREAMS

Since many of my subscribers are coaches, this section is for you. It contains tips and techniques to take your coaching practice to the next level.

Note: I have created a two-part teleclass series that walks you through the four steps to building a profitable coaching practice. It is based on my book Four Steps To Building A Profitable Coaching Practice: A Complete Resource Guide For Business and Life Coaches.

If you are frustrated with trying to grow and market your coaching practice. Or, you feel like there is too much information (or too little) on how to market your practice, yet not enough direction on where to begin, this class gives you quick answers so marketing can be easy to apply and understand. NEW CLASSES ARE STARTING SOON. Please visit: foursteps.html to find out more.

THIS MONTH: CHERISH YOUR GIFT AND YOUR DREAMS

I know as coaches, we sometimes lose sight of the wonderful gift we have been given. We take for granted that we make a difference in people's lives and we have a hard time saying thank you when our clients compliment us on the work we have done.

It is an honor and a privilege to be a coach. The trust that our clients place in our hands amazes me every day. Being able to watch my clients transition into new careers or start businesses they have talked about their whole lives is something I cannot fully express in words.

Cherish the contribution you make to the world. Cherish the gifts you have been given. This is what we would tell our clients to do. How about doing the same?
