I. DO YOU TRUST THAT THINGS WILL WORK OUT?

Think about something that you really want to work out. Do you trust that it will? Maybe it’s time that you did.

The truth is that things always work out in the end. Life takes care of itself whether you want it to or not. If take a look at your life, you will notice that it all worked out it the end, and it all worked out for the best.

So why can’t you trust that it will work out while you are going through it?

Trust is not being afraid to move forward. Trust is knowing that it will all work out in the end.

So, how about bringing a little more trust into your life. You will be surprised as to how much power and freedom it brings. And, isn’t this a much better way to live?

II. SIX WAYS TO TRUST THAT IT WILL ALL WORK OUT

Trust is taking your hands off the handlebars of an outcome. It is choosing to believe that your issues, goals, and dreams can come true if you trust that they will. Here are some things to think about.

  1. Trusting takes someone at their word, expressing a belief they will follow through in all they promised. Let people let you down first before you are disappointed. They might surprise you.
  2. Trusting is placing a upbeat spin on how we look at life. Attitude is everything. Life happens and we respond. The great thing is we get to choose how we react.
  3. Trusting is welcoming new things into life. You never know what is behind the door unless you open it.
  4. Trusting is revealing more of ourselves to others so they can let down their mask and let us in. Being vulnerable with people is hard in the beginning, but well worth the risks. Remember, when you keep out the bad things in life, you also keep out the good.
  5. Trusting says I believe in myself. You can be your own best friend. When you believe that you can handle anything that comes your way, then you will.
  6. Trusting is believing first before you see the physical proof. Sometimes you have to believe first before you can see the rewards. This might involve doing things that you don’t want to, or doing things that make you uncomfortable at first. But trust you are on the right path, and things will work out.

IV. LAST MONTH

Last month’s issue was dedicated to discovering if food gets in your way.

Does food keep you from enjoying your life? Does food keep you from living your dreams?

Trying to lose weight has never been easy for me. I’ve tried all the diets, and I know “all the right?things to eat. I can tell you how many calories are in practically any type of food. I am an expert in how to read a nutritional label. I know exactly what I should or should put into my body. Yet I put the wrong foods in anyway.

Because I am coach, I hired a food coach to help me stop this cycle. I’ve learned a few things and last month I shared them with you.
