I began working with Deborah because I wanted to publish an e-newsletter. Deborah was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Even though I can maneuver my way around a computer pretty well, I am not 100% on the fine details. But that was ok, because Deborah taught me exactly what I needed to know.
As we worked through the initial e-newsletter project, I realized that Deborah had many other gifts to share, and I hired her as my coach. In three months, I have a new brochure, new business cards, changed my web site, and have lined up a networking meeting where I am very confident in the materials I will bring. I also have three professional offices waiting to receive the new materials, and I have set up meetings to distribute the information.
With Deborah, I was able to refocus my coaching skills to a specific market and feel good about doing this. She was very adept at focusing in on what I really needed to be looking at, and even though there were times I balked at a suggestion or two, I now realize that she knew what she was talking about.
Deborah went well above and beyond our original plan, and I can't thank her enough. I can say with a happy heart and a new sense of confidence that Deborah is a fantastic coach and will be by your side as you get where you be in your coaching practice.
